Talking about Nature was a series of community workshops that supported town and parish councils in Essex to create local nature plans, informed by the views and priorities of local residents.

The local nature plans were created to make the best use of local resources and gave Essex County Council a showcase of ways of having deeper community engagement in climate planning for local biodiversity and nature in the county.
